Joy!!
I read the blog of a friend and she mentioned how she took an idea from another persons blog and used it in her blog. Seeing as this blog isn’t popular with me, I’ve decided to use it as well. Here’s the concept:
Daily observance of gratitude and joy, a deliberate and mindful practice of joy. What it entails is daily lists. 5 things that were good about the day, 3 things I did well, and 2 things that I am looking forward to tomorrow.
